This website is hosted by  Cwmni Cemaes Cyf and is the official website of Cemaes Bay.  We hope it inspires you to come and discover the magic of our village and Anglesey for yourselves.  Cemaes Bay is the most northerly village in Wales and home to a picturesque fishing harbour, wonderful sandy beaches and magnificent rugged headlands. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, a geological hotspot and a haven for wildlife.  


Whether you are looking to relax and embrace the stunning sunsets, scenery and culture or want a more active adventure there's something for everyone to enjoy.  For the curious there is the site of St. Patrick's shipwreck, pre-cambrian rocks, a heritage museum, a maritime museum and a wealth of churches and chapels.  If surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, rambling, painting, crabbing or sand castle making is your thing then you won't be disappointed.  Come to Cemaes Bay where our warm island welcome awaits you.

‘Silk Linsey Aprons & Gowns of Homespun’ - Traditional Welsh fashions in 19th Century Anglesey exhibition
Cwmni Cemaes Cyf is proud to announce that a special bilingual exhibition which shows through original items of clothing, textiles, period prints and quotations of traditional Welsh dress as worn by the rural folk of Anglesey over 150 years ago is on display in Cemaes Heritage Centre.

The exhibition, on loan from Oriel Ynys Môn until May 2013,  has an accompanying book ‘Pais a Becon Gŵn stwff a Het silc’ written by Huw Edwards priced £11.95.  Admission to the exhibition is free.
