The Stables, (Pet Friendly)- is a lovingly converted stable attached
to a former farm cottage with about half and acre of enclosed garden
including a deck area for sitting out and use of a barbecue on request.
Free range hens roam in the orchard fresh eggs are available.
The centrally heated cottage consists of an
open plan area with a crog (gallery) loft containing a double bed this
overlooks the main living room. The living room has a log effect electric
fire, colour TV (Sky inc. sports), table and chairs and two futons that
can be converted easily into 2 double beds There is a shower room/wc/washbasin.
The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, gas hob, electric fan
oven, fridge (small freezer compartment), washing machine, iron and
ironing board. There is also a travel cot available. Guests are welcomed
with home baking and fresh free range eggs.

Llys Wen is a very quiet house set back from
the main road, just minutes from the shops, harbour and beaches.
Accommodation is let on a room only basis. Contractors are welcome. There
is ample private parking. On the ground floor there is a twin ensuite room
with kitchenette and TV. On the first floor there are three bedrooms each
with TV, microwave, toaster and coolbox. One room is a double ensuite and
there are two single rooms. One bathroom, toilet and basin. One shower

that has 3 futons allowing 4 other guests. There is a large living room with an open fireplace, the room
is also equipped with TV, Sky, DVD and hi-fi. There is a dining room that seats 10 people. The Kitchen is
of a large size. It includes Cooker, aga, pantry and large family table.
The Conservatory situated at the back overlooks both the garden and a cove which is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset in an evening.
At the front there is a garage and driveway that provides secure parking for 3 cars. Upstairs is a

quiet elevated road with easy footpath access (no through traffic) to the
beach and harbour area. Views over the bay and beaches, rear garden area
and enclosed front yard, parking, close to shops etc. Sorry no pets.
