Ty'n Llan,
the northern most cottage in Wales, is a former vergers
smallholding, built in 1813 to coincide with the restoration of the
adjoining church, the old parish church of Cemaes. It is located on the
cliff top just metres from the sea, in a designated area of natural beauty
and surrounded by National Trust owned land - the location for the Demi
Moor 2006 movie.
The cottage is just approximately a 15 minute walk from Cemaes village
centre.
It is centrally heated &
double-glazed and will sleep eight in comfort. It has 4 double bedrooms, two on
the ground floor, one with single beds, the other with a double bed.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one having two single beds and a cot and the other bedroom having
2 single beds and en-suite facilities.
The main shower room and
toilet is on the ground floor, together with the large sitting room,
complete with open fire and a dining area. The large kitchen is well equipped,
with electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave oven. Off the kitchen
is a utility/drying room, together with a washing machine and heated drying rail.
The cottage boasts a
26" colour TV and video/DVD together with a radio and CD player. There is
also a patio with furniture, BBQ area and garden.
