Ty'n Llan, the northern most cottage in Wales, is a former vergers smallholding, built in 1813 to coincide with the restoration of the adjoining church, the old parish church of Cemaes. It overlooks White Lady Bay and is just metres from the sea, in a designated area of natural beauty, and a 15 minute walk from Cemaes Bay village.

It has 4 double bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one with single beds, the other with a double bed. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one having two single beds and a cot and the other bedroom having 2 single beds, TV and Video and en-suite toilet.

The main shower room and toilet is on the ground floor, together with a large sitting room, complete with open fire and a dining area. The large kitchen is well equipped, with electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Off the kitchen is a utility/drying room, together with a washing machine and heated drying rail.

The cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, boasts a 37" flat screen TV and video/DVD. There is also a patio with furniture, BBQ area and garden.

Standing within the grounds of Ty'n Llan is Hen Stabl or Old Stable. It is a lovely cottage style conversion, finished in the Winter of 2004 with open ceilings, natural wooden features and oil central heating.

Hen Stabl will happily sleep 4 and has breathtaking views across White Lady Bay and out to sea with sea views from two windows. It has a large double bedroom and a Crog loft with a single bed which is accessed via wooden steps and a sofa bed in living room. A travel cots is available upon request.

There is a bathroom with a double ended bath and power shower, a living room/diner complete with sea views, a double sofa bed, Flat Screen TV, Video and DVD player.

The kitchen has attractive units, built-in oven, fridge, microwave and a stable door. Use of outside laundry room with automatic washing machine and freezer.

There is also a patio area with garden furniture, where you can enjoy lazy summer evenings.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, however, bookings for all male fishing parties are not accepted. Ample parking is available.
